Legal Perspective on Waste Management: Master of Law Program (MIH FH) USU Holds Independent Faculty Community Service (PKM) To promote waste management awareness in Medan City, lecturers and students of the Master of Law Study Program, Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (MIH FH USU) held an Independent Lecturer Community Service (PkM) at the Puri Zahara II Waste Bank Office, located in the Puri Zahara II Complex, Simpang Selayang Subdistrict, Medan Tuntungan District. 26 August 2025

PKKMB FH USU 2025: Preparing Adaptive, Creative, and Dignified Students The Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH USU), held the 2025 Introduction to Campus Life for New Students (PKKMB) over three days. Faculty of Law Student Executive Board (BEM) Held an Interactive Discussion Titled "Reflections on State-Owned Enterprise Governance in the Modern Era: The Role of Law in Ensuring Good Corporate Governance (GCG)." To broaden students' horizons regarding the practical world of state-owned enterprise governance, the Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Faculty of Law, University of North Sumatra (FH USU), through the Political Diplomacy Department, with Amir Fauzi as the head of the department, held a discussion entitled "Reflections on State-Owned Enterprise Governance in the Modern Era: The Role of Law in Ensuring Good Corporate Governance." 11 July 2025

Improving the Implementation of DUDI Cooperation, FH USU Visits PT Toba Pulp Lestari The Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH USU) visited PT. Toba Pulp Lestari (PT. TPL) to improve the implementation of cooperation with the Business World and Industry World (DUDI). During this visit, the Dean of FH USU, Dr. Mahmul Siregar, S.H., M.Hum, who was accompanied by the Vice Dean III, Dr. Mohammad Ekaputra, S.H., M.Hum, and the Dean's Expert Staff for Academic Affairs, Yusrin, S.H., M.Hum, were received directly by the SHR Manager of PT. TPL, Norma Patty Nandini Hutajulu along with the management of PT. TPL. 26 June 2025

Faculty of Law USU Receives Visit from School of Law Universiti Utara Malaysia The School of Law Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) visited the Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH USU) to explore cooperation. The meeting, which took place in the dean's meeting room, was attended by the Dean of FH USU, Dr. Mahmul Siregar. S.H., M.Hum, accompanied by the Vice Dean III, Dr. Mohammad Ekaputra, S.H., M.Hum, the Dean's Expert Staff for Student and Alumni Affairs, Dr. Robert, S.H.M.H, and the Dean's Expert Staff for Public Relations, Boy Laksamana, S.H., M.Hum. Seminar on Strengthening Connectivity Examination Events to Achieve Certainty and Synergy in Law Enforcement in the Context of National Security The Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH USU) in collaboration with the Faculty of National Security, Indonesian Defense University (FKN UNHAN RI) held a Seminar entitled "Strengthening the Connection Examination Event to Achieve Certainty and Synergy in Law Enforcement in the Context of National Security". This activity took place in the FH USU Moot Court Hall in a hybrid manner with the support of the North Sumatra High Prosecutor's Office and the High Military Auditorate I Medan. 24 June 2025
