Studium Generale: Legal Subjects and Procedural Law of Tax Disputes: The Existence of Tax Courts in the Indonesian Judicial System September 22, 2021 The Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara in collaboration with the Department of State Administrative Law (HAN) and the Association of State Administrative Law Students (IMAHARA) of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH USU) in partnership with the Cuaca Teger & Partner Law Firm held the Studium Generale of the Faculty of Law USU. The Inauguration of the IMAHARA FH USU Management began at 13.00 WIB and was attended by 500 people and hosted by Putri Aulia SInaga as the MC. 22 September 2021

PTUN Lawsuit Writing Training The State Administration Law Student Association (IMAHARA) and the Moot Court Community (KPS) of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara, held a training on preparing PTUN lawsuit letters on Saturday, September 18, 2021. This activity was carried out to meet the needs of the legal work field regarding procedural law, especially State Administrative Procedure Law, precisely in the process of making lawsuit letters, which is an important stage for students and legal practitioners to understand. This activity will improve or add insight into creating a lawsuit, which is absolutely an ability that must be possessed by a student or legal practitioner. 18 September 2021

Opening of the Technical Guidance on International Maritime Law for the 2021 Academic Year: Collaboration Between the Faculty of Law of Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH-USU), and the Legal Service of LANTAMAL I/Belawan Monday (30/08/2021), the Dean of the Faculty of Law of Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH-USU), Dr. Mahmul Siregar, S.H., M.Hum, attended the opening ceremony of the Technical Guidance (BINTEK) on International Maritime Law for the 2021 Academic Year at the Main Command Headquarters of the Indonesian Navy Base I (LANTAMAL I) in Belawan. This BINTEK activity, held from August 30 to September 3, 2021, is a collaboration between the Faculty of Law and the Legal Service of LANTAMAL I/Belawan. 30 August 2021

Preparation Meeting for Cooperation Between the Faculty of Law of Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH-USU), and the Regional Leadership Council (DPC) of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) Medan Wednesday (25/08/2021), as part of the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program, the Faculty of Law of Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH-USU) initiated a collaboration with the Regional Leadership Council of the Indonesian Advocates Association (DPC PERADI) Medan. FH-USU Student Delegation Team from the Meriam Debating Club (MDC) Wins Third Place in the Sam Ratulangi Law Fair 2021 Legal Debate Competition Monday, (23/08/2021), the Dean of Faculty of Law of Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH-USU), Dr. Mahmul Siregar, SH., M.Hum, accompanied by Vice Dean I, Dr. Agusmidah, SH., M.Hum, and Vice Dean III, Dr. Mohammad Ekaputra, SH., M.Hum, welcomed and congratulated the FH-USU Student Delegation Team from the Meriam Debating Club (MDC) for achieving third place in the Sam Ratulangi Law Fair 2021 Legal Debate Competition. 23 August 2021

(Eng), signed a Joint Agreement between the College of Police Science and - the College of Police Science, located in the Advisory Board room of the Faculty of Law USU. 21 August 2021
