The Center for Research and Development (PUSLITBANG) of Law and Justice of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia, in collaboration with the Faculty of Law of USU, conducted Audience and Interview activities in the context of implementing the academic paper on the concept and implementation of the Authority of the State Administrative Court in Resolving Government Administration Disputes after Administrative Efforts.
The activity, which was carried out offline at the USU Faculty of Law Advisory Board room, was opened directly by the Dean of the USU Faculty of Law, Dr. Mahmul Siregar, SH. Hum. The Coordinator of the Academic Manuscript Drafting Team, Arief Pratomo, SH, M.H, was present along with the Supreme Court RI Legal and Judicial Research Center Team.
Lecturers of the USU Faculty of Law with the scientific fields of State Administration Law and Administrative Justice were actively involved as participants in this audition and interview, including Dr. Edi Yunara, SH, M.Hum. , Dr. Affila, SH, M.Hum. , Erna Herlinda, SH, M.Hum. Andi Bukit, SH, M.Hum. Prof. Dr. Hasim Purba, SH, M.Hum, and Prof. Dr. Rosnidar Sembiring were also present in this activity.
