The Center for Bill Drafting of the Expertise Agency of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR RI) and the Faculty of Law of the Universitas Sumatera Utara collaborated in organizing a Concept Test Discussion of the Draft Law on the Second Amendment to Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation.

The Center for Bill Drafting of the Expertise Agency of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR RI) and the Faculty of Law of the Universitas Sumatera Utara collaborated in organizing a Concept Test Discussion of the Draft Law on the Second Amendment to Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation. The discussion activity was offline by implementing health protocols at the Faculty Advisory Council Room (DPF) Faculty of Law of USU.

The concept test activity this time involved 2 (two) resource persons, USU Faculty Lecturers, namely Dr. Jelly Leviza, SH, M.Hum and Yusrin, SH, M.Hum. This concept test activity aims to obtain input, suggestions, and criticism on the initial concept of the Academic Paper and Draft Law on the Second Amendment to Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation. The results of this concept test discussion in the form of input, suggestions, and criticism by the Team from the Center for Law Drafting of the House of Representatives Expertise Agency will be used as material for refining the initial concept of the Academic Paper and Draft Law before it is submitted and presented to Commission V of the House of Representatives.
