Public Relations FH-USU: Tuesday (08/03/2022)

Following up on the Cooperation Agreement between the Center for Research and Development (PUSLITBANG) of Law and Justice of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia and the Faculty of Law of USU, the Center for Research and Development of Law and Justice of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia conducted Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activities in the context of implementing the Preparation of Academic Manuscripts on the Concept and Implementation of the Authority of the State Administrative Court in Resolving Government Administration Disputes after Administrative Efforts have been taken.

The activity, which was carried out offline and online at the JW Marriott Hotel Medan, was opened directly by Prof. Dr. Hasbi Hasan, MH (Acting Head of the Research and Development Agency for Kumdil MA RI). the FGD activity presented resource persons including Dr. Surya Perdana Ginting, SH, M.H (Lecturer FH UMSU), Dr. Affila, SH, M.Hum (Lecturer FH USU), Dr. Arifin Marfaung, SH, M.Hum (Chairman of the Medan TUN High Court), Drs. Iman Suyudi, Bc.IP, S.H., M.H (Head of KANWIL KEMENKUMHAM North Sumatra).

This Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activity presented offline participants: 3 (three Judges of PTUN Medan, 4 (four) Lecturers of FH USU, 4 (four) Advocates, 2 (two) Heads of BPN North Sumatra Regional Office and Members, and 2 (two) Heads of Legal Bureau of North Sumatra Provincial Government and members.

While Online participants were the Chairman and Judges of the Padang Administrative Court, Chairman and Judges of the Palembang Administrative Court, Chairman and Judges of the Bandar Lampung Administrative Court, Chairman and Judges of Banda Aceh, Chairman and Judges of the Pekanbaru Administrative Court, Chairman and Judges of the Tanjung Pinang Administrative Court, Chairman and Judges of the Jambi Administrative Court, Chairman and Judges of the Bengkulu Administrative Court, and Chairman and Judges of the Pangkal Pinang Administrative Court.
