This activity was carried out at the Sanggar Anak Sungai Deli (Sasude) located at the Salam Sumut Basecamp, Tepian Sungai Deli, Jl. Brigjen Katamso, Medan City, North Sumatra, In addition to IMAHARA, this activity was also assisted by FH USU students who also went directly to Sasude as Volunteers. This activity was opened by the Chairperson of IMAHARA, Marihod Tua Lubis, where in his speech, Marihod motivated the children at the Sanggar Anak Sungai Deli by emphasizing that there are no boundaries and obstacles to learning and pursuing their dreams, that every child has the same right to obtain an education and to remain enthusiastic and active in learning. 27 November 2021 News Online Dialogue: Implications of Constitutional Court Decision No.91/PUU-XVIII/2020 on the implementing regulations of the Job Creation Law Friday (11/26/2022) The Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH-USU) held an Online Dialogue activity with the Attorney of the Judicial Review Applicant of the Job Creation Law (UU Cipta Kerja) with the theme "Implications of the Constitutional Court Decision Number: 91/PPU-XVIII/2020 on the Implementing Regulations of the Job Creation Law. This activity, held spontaneously on the initiative of the lecturers of the USU Faculty of Law, was to respond to legal developments that occurred in connection with the Constitutional Court Decision Number 91/PPU-XVIII/2020. In the opening of the event, Dr. Detania Sukarja, SH., LLM, as the host, conveyed that through this dialogue, it is hoped that it can be a trigger for similar activities, which, of course, will also be carried out by various interested parties in various other forums. The dialogue session in this activity was guided by Dr. Afnila, SH., M.Hum, who acted as the moderator. 26 November 2021 News USU Law Faculty Student Delegation Team Wins Second Place and Best Speaker in the 2021 Constitutional Debate Competition Thursday (11/25/2021) In the Peak Night of the Tenth Constitution Award and the Final of the Inter-University Student Constitutional Debate Competition throughout Indonesia, XIV, 2021, the Student Delegation Team of the Faculty of Law, University of North Sumatra (USU Law Faculty) won Second Place and also took home the title of Best Speaker, 14th Inter-University Student Constitutional Debate Competition throughout Indonesia 2021. The USU Faculty of Law Student Delegation Team, under the guidance of Dr. Faisal Akbar, SH., M.Hum, namely Ayudya Pratiwi (NIM.190200555), Andini Putri Tambun (NIM.190200302), Mikhael Ferdinan Imanuel Panjaitan (NIM.190200210). Ayudya Pratiwi also won the Best Speaker title in this constitutional debate event. 25 November 2021 News USU Faculty of Law Academics Become Resource Persons and Comparators in the Socialization and FGD Event on the Duties and Functions of the Young Prosecutors Organization for Military Crimes Monday (11/22/2021) The Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia held a Socialization and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) event on the Duties and Functions of the Junior Attorney General for Military Criminal Affairs Organization at the Arya Duta Hotel, Medan. This socialization and FGD activity was given to the Heads of the High Prosecutor's Office, Plt. ASPIDMIL, ASPIDUM, ASPIDSUS, and the Legal Unit within the TNI.
