Students from the Delegation Team of the Faculty of Law at Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH USU) Achieve 1st Place and the Best File Award in the NMCC Anti Money Laundering VII Mock Trial Competition, 2023 at the Mock Trial Court building of the Faculty of Law at the University of North Sumatra (FH USU), the Dean, Dr. Mahmul Siregar, SH., M.Hum, along with the Chairperson of the Alumni Association (IKA) of the Faculty of Law at USU, Hasrul Benny Harahap, SH., M.H, welcomed and awarded appreciation and certificates of recognition to the Delegation Team of FH USU students who successfully secured 1st Place and the Best File Award in the National Moot Court Competition (NMCC) Anti Money Laundering VII, organized by Trisakti University from February 10-13, 2023. 16 January 2023

The Signing of MoA between USU and Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Malaysia Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) and Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Malaysia conducted the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA), which took place virtually in the office of the USU Rector. The signing event was attended by the Rector of USU, Dr. Muryanto Amin, S.Sos., M.Si, accompanied by the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Dr. Mahmul Siregar, SH., M.Hum, Vice Dean III, Dr. Mohammad Ekaputra, SH., M.Hum, Director of Internationalization and Global Partnership, Prof. Dr. Eng. The Faculty of Law at Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) has achieved the 3rd position as the faculty with the most student achievements at USU in 2022. during the 'Student Achievement and Best Advisor Teacher Awarding Night at the University of Sumatera Utara in 2022,' the Faculty of Law at the University of Sumatera Utara (FH-USU) achieved the 3rd position as the faculty with the most student achievements at USU in 2022. Dean of the Faculty of Law at USU, Dr. Mahmul Siregar, SH., M.Hum, who was present at the event, expressed the utmost appreciation and recognition to all the high-achieving students, the supervising lecturers, and all teaching staff of the Faculty of Law at USU. Throughout 2022, the Faculty of Law had 32 students who secured 1st place, 19 students who secured 2nd place, and 5 students who secured 3rd place in various competitions, both at the national and international levels. 19 December 2022

Students from the Delegation of the Faculty of Law at Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) who achieved 2nd place in the Legal Debate Championship 2022 have received appreciation and certificates of recognition from the Dean of the Faculty of Law, USU the Delegation Team from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), consisting of Jesslyn Elisandra Harefa (NIM.200200057), Ari Ghazy Putra Asto (NIM.200200468), and M. Rafie Akbar (NIM.200200068), successfully secured 2nd place in the Legal Debate Championship 2022 with the theme 'The Urgency of Business Law Harmonization for the Development of the Indonesian Economy.' The competition was organized by the President University Major Association (PUMA LAW) from November 25-27, 2022. 02 December 2022
