Public Relations FH-USU: Monday (28/08/2023)

PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero), Tuntungan Education and Training Implementation Unit, Medan (UPDL Tuntungan), and the Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH USU) collaborated to organize Learning and Training on Property Asset Problem Resolution. The training took two days, from August 28-29, 2023, at the UPDL Tuntungan building, Medan.

Learning and training were carried out in class, and hybrid learning was conducted with 25 participants who were employees of several PT PLN (Persero) parent units from various regions in Indonesia. The learning methods used in this training are lectures, discussions, questions and answers, and case studies. The learning and training materials include Introduction to Legal Science for Property Asset Problem Resolution, Civil Procedure Law for Property Asset Problem Resolution, Introduction to Criminal Procedure Law for Property Asset Problem Resolution, Negotiation Techniques, and Simulation of Execution of Court Decisions.

The USU Faculty of Law presents lecturers and professors who have special experience and expertise both theoretically and practically, namely Dr. Mahmul Siregar, SH, M.Hum. , Prof. Dr. Hasim Purba, SH, M.Hum. , Prof. Dr. Sutiarnoto, SH, M.Hum. , Prof. Dr. Ningrum Natasya Sirait, SH, M.LI., and Dr. Edi Yunara, SH, M.Hum.
