This coordination and discussion activity aims to obtain suggestions and views from legal experts/academics of FH USU related to problems in regulating the application of restorative justice that should be considered in regulating restorative justice.

To prepare regulations for the application of restorative justice in the criminal justice system, the Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal, and Security Affairs through the Deputy for Coordination of Law and Human Rights in collaboration with the Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara(FH USU) conducted coordination and discussion activities related to the preparation of regulations for the application of restorative justice in the criminal justice system.

The coordination and discussion activities took place in the room of the Faculty Advisory Council (DPF) of the Faculty of Law USU, opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Law USU, Dr. Mahmul Siregar, SH, M.Hum by presenting two criminal law experts from the Faculty of Law USU, Prof. Dr. Ediwarman, SH, M.Hum and Dr. Mahmud Mulyadi, SH, M.Hum. The team from the Deputy for Coordination of Law and Human Rights, Kemenko Polhukam, was led by Assistant Deputy for Law Enforcement, Dr. Desy Mutia Firdaus. The discussion session was guided by Boy Laksamana, SH, M.Hum, who acted as moderator.

 

This coordination and discussion activity aims to obtain suggestions and views from legal experts/academics of FH USU related to problems in regulating the application of restorative justice that should be considered in regulating restorative justice.
