USU FACULTY OF LAW STUDENTS WIN FIRST PLACE IN THE MEN'S FREE CLASS IN THE 2017 PPS BETAKO MERPATI PUTIH CHAMPIONSHIP IN COMMEMORATION OF MERPATI PUTIH'S 54TH ANNIVERSARY Dean of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara, Prof. Dr. Budiman Ginting, S.H., M.Hum expressed his appreciation. USU FACULTY OF LAW RECEIVES A WORKING VISIT FROM THE JUDICIAL COMMISSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA IN THE FRAMEWORK OF INTRODUCING THE JUDICIAL COMMISSION'S WORK PROGRAM Head of the Bureau of Recruitment, Advocacy, and Capacity Building of Judges, the Indonesian Judicial Commission, Arie Sudihar, who acted as a speaker in his presentation, said that the Ethics and Law Clinic Activity is to prevent the occurrence of Contempt of Court acts in the corridor of degrading the honor and dignity of judges. 23 March 2017

USU Faculty of Law Journal Internationalization Workshop, in Commemoration of the 63rd Anniversary The invited speakers at this workshop were Prof. Dr. Irwansyah, S.H., M.H who is also an Editor in Chief of the Hasanuddin Law Review Journal, Universitas Hasanuddin, and also a Reviewer and Assessor of Scientific Periodical Journals, Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education. USU FACULTY OF LAW STUDENTS WON 3RD PLACE IN NATIONAL SCIENTIFIC WRITING COMPETITION AT THE 2016 NATIONAL SCIENTIFIC FESTIVAL USU Faculty of Law students won 3rd place in the National Scientific Writing Competition, part of a series of events for the 2016 National Scientific Festival, held by Students of the Department of State Administration, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FISIP-USU), Medan, December 16-17, 2016. The theme of this competition was "Optimizing Regional Autonomy to Realize Prosperous Indonesia in 2045." 19 December 2016
