Bandung Administrative Court Judge Gives Public Lecture to USU Faculty of Law Students The Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara(FH USU), held a Public Lecture (Online). The public lecture titled “Procedural Law of the State Administrative Court” was delivered by a Bandung State Administrative Court Judge, Lusinda Panjaitan, S.H., M.H. 22 September 2023

Exploration of Cooperation between FH USU and Faculty of Law Maastricht University Nedherland Working visit to the Faculty of Law, Maastricht University in the Netherlands. This was the third in a series of working visits by the USU Faculty of Law Delegation in the Netherlands. The delegation had visited the Faculty of Law, Vrije Universiteit, and Leiden University the previous day. 19 September 2023

Keizerina Devi, SH, M.Hum, CN and Secretary of Master of Law Study Program, Dr. Mahmud Mulyadi, SH, M.Hum. The delegates were officially received by Prof. Dr. Adriaan Bedner, Director of VVI Faculteit Rechtgeleerdheid - Leiden Universiteit. Also present at this meeting were several Indonesian doctoral students and researchers conducting research at VVI or the Faculty of Law Leiden. 18 September 2023

FH USU Receives Comparative Study Visit of Law Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Teuku Umar The Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH USU) received a visit of cooperation and comparative study of the Law Study Program (Prodi) of the Faculty of Social Law and Political Science, Universitas Teuku Umar, UTU Campus, Meulaboh, West Aceh. The comparative study group was warmly received directly by the Vice Dean III of FH USU, Dr. Mohammad Ekaputra, SH, M.Hum, accompanied by the Head of the Law Laboratory of FH USU, Rafiqoh, SH, M.Hum 15 September 2023

USU Faculty of Law Explores Cooperation with Faculty of Law Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam Netherlands During the visit, the FH USU delegation was officially received by representatives of Vrije Universiteit and representatives of the Faculty of Law, Dr. Wendelien Tuijp and Dr. Simbarashe Maguchu (Director of International Institutional Relations, Faculty of Law Vrije Universitet). 15 September 2023

IKA FH USU and KEJAGUNG RI Cooperate to Hold KEJAGUNG RI Goes To USU Activities The Alumni Association of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (IKA FH USU), in collaboration with the Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia (KEJAGUNG RI), organized the “KEJAGUNG RI Goes To USU” activity. The event, which took place in the Faculty Advisory Council (DPF) room of FH USU and was also held hybridly through the Zoom meeting application, was attended by the Chairperson of IKA FH USU, Hasrul Benny Harahap, SH., M.Hum, Dean of FH USU represented by Vice Dean II, Puspa Melati Hasibuan, SH., M.Hum, and from KEJAGUNG RI there was a Young Attorney, Fadli Alfarisi, S.H., M.H, who is also an alumnus of FH USU. 12 September 2023

FH USU Collaborates with National University of Singapore and KPPU RI to Hold FGDs The Faculty of Law of the Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH USU), together with the National University of Singapore (NUS) and the Business Competition Supervisory Commission of the Republic of Indonesia (KPPU RI), collaborated to hold a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with the topic “Business Readiness to Face ASEAN Economic Integration.” located in the Faculty Advisory Council room (DPF FH USU). Prof. Dr. Ningrum Natasya Sirait, S.H.M.Li, as the chief organizer, said that this FGD activity was classified as International Service by presenting 2 (two) speakers, namely Ong Tze En Burton, EW Barker Centre for Law & Business Faculty of Law NUS and Chief of KPPU Regional Office I Medan, Ridho Pamungkas, S.I.P. 11 September 2023
