Public Relations FH-USU: Saturday (02/03/2024), the Faculty of Law of the Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH USU) held a Fun Walk, Blood Donation, and various games with the theme "Together in Synergy and Collaboration" as one of a series of 70th Anniversary events, located at the FH USU Courtyard.
The Secretary of the University, Prof. Dr. dr. Muhammad Fidel Ganis Siregar, M.Ked(OG), Sp.OG(K)-Fer, representing the USU Chancellor, in his remarks said "until now FH USU has proven reliable in producing superior law enforcers and justice, this is a great capital for USU to be able to realize its goal as an international standard university, the rectorate appreciates the achievements of FH to date" said SU USU.
The Dean of FH USU, Dr. Mahmul Siregar, SH, M.Hum, expressed his gratitude to the founders of the Faculty of Law who have now succeeded in achieving their noble ideals to build an institution and produce graduates who can change this nation. The Dean invited the entire academic community to seriously continue what had been built by the previous leaders to jointly build the Faculty of Law USU for the next generation.
Chairman of the Alumni Association (IKA) FH USU, Hasrul Benny Harahap S.H., M.H, said "there are three spirits that must be possessed by alumni, First is the spirit of unity. The alumni of FH USU must be united, because if the alumni are not united then there will be no activities like this. Furthermore, he said that alumni must have the spirit of contribution, not only material contributions, but also good prayers for the FH USU alma mater. Finally, he said that alumni must have a spirit of excellence, there is no differentiation from USU graduates or other graduates, FH USU is superior and equal to FH graduates at other well-known universities, "said the Chairman of IKA FH USU.
Dr. Iwan Ginting S.H., M.H as the Chairman of the Committee expressed his gratitude to the alumni who have contributed a lot to the success of this year's 70th Anniversary event which until now there have been no serious shortcomings faced. He also expressed his pride in being part of the FH USU family. Dr. Iwan said how he is now is the result of what he got while being part of FH USU.
