The material presentation session was delivered very engagingly; Dr. Iqbal explained the theoretical aspects and included several interesting case studies through judicial jurisprudence in Malaysia. Malaysia and Indonesia have different legal systems. Indonesia adheres to a civil law system, while Malaysia follows a common law system. The question-and-answer session was also lively. A number of students actively asked questions, which Dr. Iqbal answered comprehensively. This led to a joyful conclusion of the lecture session, as knowledge was enhanced through an academic discussion that sparked students' curiosity about the differences in case handling between Malaysia and Indonesia.
