Learning Outcomes

Students of the Master’s Program in Notarial Law are expected to become professional graduates who are skilled, honest, and have the responsibility, integrity, moral, and obedient to the notary code of ethics, consistent and obedient to the law. Graduates of this study program are also expected to accommodate the interests of the parties in making business contract deeds, fostering positive cooperative relationships, so as to achieve legal certainty that does not violate the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations.

1 Master legal theories related to the fields of civil law, business law, and agrarian law and apply them in legal events in the field of notarial law.
2 Master legal techniques and rules for making authentic deeds and mastery of theories in the fields of civil law, business law, and agrarian law.
3 Master legal concepts and theories and their development in providing solutions to legal problems faced by society.
4 Master good communication techniques using various technological devices.
5 Master the regulations of the notary position, the code of ethics for notaries and land deed officials, as well as related regulatory instruments.
6 Master the methods and techniques of writing scientific papers.
