Lecturers of the USU Faculty of Law held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with the title "Implementation of the Constitutional Court Decision No. 97/PUU-XIV/2016 concerning the Inclusion of Belief Embraces in the E-KTP and Family Card Columns as Legal Protection for the Constitutional Rights of Belief Embraces (Study in Huta Tinggi Village, Lagu Boti District, Toba Samosir Regency)". The FGD, which was opened by the Vice Dean II of the USU Faculty of Law, Puspa Melati Hasibuan, SH, M. Hum, involved resource persons from the Head of the Population and Civil Registry Service of Toba Samosir Regency, who was represented by the Head of Data Utilization and Service Innovation, Ferry Simbolon, SH, and Ir. Monang Naipospos, Ihutan (Leader) Parmalim in Hutatinggi, Pardomuan Nauli Village.
