In collaboration with the Indonesian Judicial Commission, the USU Faculty of Law (FH-USU) held a discussion titled "Constitutionality of Customary Law Post-Reformation." The discussion activity, which took place in the Faculty Advisory Council Room (DPF) of the USU FH, was opened by the Chancellor of the University of North Sumatra, Prof. Dr. Runtung, SH., M.Hum. The Chairperson of the Indonesian Judicial Commission, Dr. Jaja Ahmad Jayus, SH., M.Hum, acted as a resource person, and the Dean of the USU Faculty of Law, Prof. Dr. Budiman Ginting, SH., M.Hum, moderated the discussion activity.

 

The discussion activity involved participants from FH-USU lecturers, Vice Deans, the Head and Secretary of the USU Postgraduate Law Study Program, the Head and Secretary of the USU Notary Program, the Head and Secretary of Departments in FH-USU, and Undergraduate, Master's, and Doctoral Law Students.
