Public Relations FH-USU: Thursday (11/11/2021)
To implement the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) and the Branch Leadership Council (DPC) of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) established a collaboration. This collaboration is established to implement education, training, assessment, research, and institutional development. The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between USU and PERADI, which was held at the USU Rector's Office House, was attended by USU Rector, Dr. Muryanto Amin, S.Sos, M.Si, accompanied by Dean of the USU Faculty of Law, Dr. Mahmul Siregar, SH, M.Hum. Vice Dean III, Dr. Mohammad Ekaputra, SH, M.Hum, and from PERADI, the Chairman of DPC PERADI Medan, Charles JN Silalahi, S.H., M.H., and Secretary of DPC Peradi Medan, Hasrul Benny Harahap, SH, M.Hum, were present.
In his remarks, the USU Rector hopes that this MoU can be followed up immediately and formulated in detail, including the concept of activities, implementation, and output, especially in supporting the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program at the USU Faculty of Law.
Chairman of DPC PERADI Medan, Charles JN Silalahi, SH, M.H., on the occasion of his remarks, said that through this collaboration, PERADI participated in improving the quality of education, especially in the field of law. After signing this MoU, we will welcome USU Faculty of Law students who will do internships to increase students' understanding of legal practice. Charles continued to close his remarks.
