Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) and the USU Faculty of Law, especially the Master of Notarial Affairs Study Program officially collaborated with the Central Management of the Association of Land Deed Making Officials (PP IPPAT) which was marked by the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) signed by the Rector of USU, Dr. Muryanto Amin, SH., M.Hum and the signing of a cooperation agreement (MOA) signed by the Dean of the USU Faculty of Law, Dr. Mahmul Siregar, SH., M.Hum with the Chairman of PP IPPAT, Dr. Hapendi Harahap, SH., Sp.N., MH, located in the Academic Senate room of the USU Central Bureau of Administration.

PUBLIC RELATIONS FH-USU: Friday (26/08/2022), Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) and the USU Faculty of Law, especially the Master of Notarial Affairs Study Program officially collaborated with the Central Management of the Association of Land Deed Making Officials (PP IPPAT) which was marked by the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) signed by the Rector of USU, Dr. Muryanto Amin, SH., M.Hum and the signing of a cooperation agreement (MOA) signed by the Dean of the USU Faculty of Law, Dr. Mahmul Siregar, SH., M.Hum with the Chairman of PP IPPAT, Dr. Hapendi Harahap, SH., Sp.N., MH, located in the Academic Senate room of the USU Central Bureau of Administration. The signing of the MOU as well as the MOA was carried out between PP IPPAT and USU and the USU Faculty of Law to improve the implementation of the Tridarma of Higher Education.

Also present were Vice Rector III, Prof. Dr. Poppy Anjelisa Olive HAsibuan, M.Si., Chairman and Secretary of the Master of Notarial Studies Program, Faculty of Law, USU, Prof. Hasim Purba, SH., M.Hum, and Prof. Dr. Rosnidar Sembiring, SH., M.Hum, while from pp IPPAT was present, the Head of Law and Legislation Dr. Ely Baharini, SH., Sp. N, MH, Head of Organizational Affairs, Dr. Bambang S Oyong, SH, MH., Head of Education and Training, Dr. Taufan Fajar Riyanto, SH. M.Kn, Head of Legal Research and Seminar Dr. Rudi Haposan Siahaan, SH, SpN, M.Kn, Head of Litigation and Defense Of Members Zulkifly Rassy, SH., M.Kn, Secretary of PP IPPAT Nurjanah, SH., M.Kn, Vice Chairman 3 Public Relations Indra Sani Harahap, SH., M.Kn, and Chairman of IPPAT North Sumatra Pengwil, Dr. Ferry Susanto Limbong, SH., M.Hum.

In the MOU and MOA, PP IPPAT together with USU and the USU Faculty of Law agreed to cooperate in carrying out educational, research, and community service activities. Cooperation to support the implementation of the duties of the parties by their respective functions and authorities based on applicable laws to support the Tridarma of higher education, namely education, research, and community service.
