The Secretariat of the Indonesian Prosecutor's Commission, in collaboration with the Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara, held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on Thursday, November 17, 2016, at the JW Marriott Hotel Medan, on the topic "Reconstruction of the Action and Participation of the Higher Education Community in the Framework of Improving the Performance and Transparency of Supervision of the Indonesian Prosecutor's Commission."
The Focus Group Discussion (FGD) involved Lecturers of the USU Faculty of Law and Prosecutors at the North Sumatra High Prosecutor's Office. The FGD was guided by the Vice Dean III of the USU Faculty of Law, Dr. Jelly Leviza, SH., M.Hum, with resource persons Secretary of the Commissioner of the Indonesian Prosecutor's Commission, Dr. Barita L.H. Simanjuntak and Professor of Criminal Law at the USU Faculty of Law, Prof. Dr. Syafruddin Kalo, SH., M.Hum.
The FGD activity was also attended by the Dean of the USU Faculty of Law, Prof. Dr. Budiman Ginting, SH., M.Hum., Deputy Chief Prosecutor of North Sumatra, Baginda Lumbangaol, SH., MH., Vice Dean II of the Faculty of Law, USU, Puspa Melati Hasibuan, SH., M.Hum.
