Public Relations FH-USU: Saturday (08/02/2025), Branch Leadership Council of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) Medan, North Sumatra in collaboration with the Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH USU) held the Advocate Professional Special Education (PKPA) Batch I Year 2025. This PKPA took place from February 08 to March 08, 2025, at FH USU's Faculty Advisory Council (DPF) room. PKPA Batch I Year 2025 was opened directly by the Dean of FH USU, Dr. Mahmul Siregar, SH, M.Hum, together with the Vice Chairman of DPC Peradi Medan, Zulkifli Panjaitan, S.H., and also attended by the Secretary of DPC Peradi Medan, Hermansyah Hutagalung S.H., M.H..
The educational materials delivered to 30 PKPA participants include 30 materials, each of which is completed within 120 minutes/material. The educational materials presented are in accordance with the standard curriculum set by the PERADI National Leadership Council (DPN), which consists of Basic Materials, Procedural Law Materials (Litigation), Non-Litigation Materials, and Supporting Materials (Legal Skills).
The speakers at this PKPA consist of USU Faculty of Law Lecturers who are experienced and competent in the field of law according to their expertise, Senior Advocates-Members of DPN / DPC PERADI Medan who have at least 10 (ten) years of experience as Advocates, as well as other Law Enforcement elements such as Judges, Registrars, and Police. PKPA participants consist of those with a Bachelor of Law and other scholars with a background in legal higher education.
