Public Relations FH-USU: the USU Faculty of Law together with IMAHARA FH USU in collaboration with the Financial Services Authority held a national webinar on Monday, March 15, 2021. The webinar raised the theme "OJK and the Security of Public Funds in Management by Financial Services Institutions". The USU Faculty of Law together with IMAHARA FH USU in collaboration with the Financial Services Authority held a national webinar on Monday, March 15, 2021. The webinar raised the theme "OJK and the Security of Public Funds in Management by Financial Services Institutions".

 

This webinar was held with the aim of placing the discourse that occurs in judicial practice where the Decision on the Assessment Results and Appropriateness of Financial Services Institutions is categorized as a decision that can / is not the object of a PTUN dispute, so that there is legal certainty that has an impact on the Security of Public Funds. The event was attended by USU Rector Dr. Muryanto Amin, S.Sos, M.Si, Chairman of the OJK Board of Commissioners Prof. Wimboh Santoso, Ph.D.. There were also 3 speakers namely: Prof. Dr. Budiman Ginting, S.H., M.Hum (Dean of FH USU), DR. H. Maftuh Effendi, S.H., M.H. (Administrative Law Practitioner), and Dr. Aad Rusyad Nurdin, S.H., M.kn (Banking Law Observer).

 

This webinar was carried out in a hybrid manner, online and offline, well organized. The presentation of material by the speakers was also greeted with enthusiastic questions and answers by the participants. At the end of the event the speakers conveyed the main point, that the security of public funds must be placed as a priority that must be protected by the OJK.
