The Legal Consultation and Assistance Institute of the Faculty, Universitas Sumatera Utara (LKBH FH USU), held the third Training Series, Legal Memorandum Preparation Training, which was held in a hybrid manner in room 8 of the international class.

 

FH-USU PR: Friday (06/14/2024), the Legal Consultation and Assistance Institute of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (LKBH FH USU), held the third Training Series, Legal Memorandum Preparation Training, which was held in a hybrid manner in room 8 of the international class. This training focuses on providing students and legal professionals with valuable opportunities and training to understand better the content structure and procedures for drafting a legal memorandum by bringing in academic and practitioner speakers, namely Prof.Dr. Budiman Ginting SH., M.Hum and Advocate Hasrul Benny Harahap, S.H., M.Hum. Also present in this activity were the Head of LKBH FH USU, Dr. Edi Yunara, SH., M.Hum, Head of the Law Laboratory of FH USU, Rafiqoh Lubis, SH., M.Hum, and FH USU PR, Boy Laksamana SH., M.Hum.

 

 

This activity is part of a training series previously organized by LKBH FH USU, namely Legal Opinion Making Training and Legal Due Diligence. Training activities in the framework of this training series have a very important role in improving understanding, skills, and legal proficiency not only for students but also in the world of legal practice.

 

 

The Dean of FH USU, represented by Vice Dean III, Dr. Mohammad Ekaputra SH., M.Hum, in his remarks, while opening the event, explained that a legal memorandum is one of the legal documents that play an important role in the process of solving legal problems or cases. Dr. Mohammad Ekaputra said, "This activity should provide a deeper understanding and knowledge of legal memorandum for the participants so that it is expected to improve the quality of writing legal documents and understanding of complex legal issues," hoped Vice Dean 3.
