The Extraordinary Members Meeting (RALB) of the Indonesian Employment Law Teachers and Practitioners Association (P3HKI) appointed Dr. Agusmidah, SH, M.Hum, as the elected Chairperson of P3HKI for the 2021-2024 period. This RALB was held hybrid in conjunction with the 4th National Conference of P3HKI, which took place on November 12-13, 2021, at the Pomelotel Hotel, Jakarta. Dr. Agusmidah, who is also the Vice Dean I of the USU Faculty of Law, in her speech as Chairperson of P3HKI, said, “P3HKI must continue to guard workers' rights and also provide input to company associations and the government so that what is interpreted as fair labor can be achieved”.
The 4th National Conference of P3HKI raised the theme “Employment Law Policy to Face the Challenges of Industrialization in the Mid-Pandemic and Post-Covid-19 Pandemic”. The Conference and RALB event was attended by Dra. Haiyani Rumondang, M.A (Director General of Manpower and K3 Development and Supervision of the Ministry of Manpower), Acting Chairman of P3HKI, Dr. Joko Ismono, SH., MH and President Director of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Anggoro Eko Cahayo who acted as a keynote speaker with the theme “Position, Function, and Policy Direction of Employment Social Security.” (Laks/Sad)
