The history of law in Indonesia cannot be separated from the big name B.J. Habibie as a figure who is not a legal expert. However, the turning point of Indonesia's legal reform cannot be separated from the leadership of B.J. Habibie, the third President of the Republic of Indonesia. B.J. Habibie is not only a figure who changed the road map of legal reform in Indonesia but also reforms in various fields of national life, such as bureaucratic reform, politics, economics, and others.
