Dear Sir/Madam,

In connection with the disbursement process of the Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP) Scholarship for the Odd Semester of Academic Year 2025/2026, we hereby convey several important points that must be anticipated to prevent fraudulent acts targeting KIP Scholarship recipients. The following key points should be noted:

  1. Be cautious of suspicious individuals or parties claiming they can assist in the KIP Scholarship selection or disbursement process;

  2. Do not transfer any amount of money for any reason related to scholarship disbursement or administrative processes of the KIP program;

  3. Verify all information through the university’s official channels, namely the Faculty Student Affairs Office and the Directorate of Student Achievement and Alumni Relations;

  4. If any attempt of fraud, extortion, or similar modus operandi is found, students are requested to immediately report it to the Directorate of Student Achievement and Alumni Relations or the Internal Audit Office;

  5. Any individual (students or academic staff) found guilty of such violations will be subject to severe sanctions in accordance with prevailing regulations.
