The Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (Faculty of Law USU) held a "Webinar Workshop on Socialization of Intellectual Property Rights Registration: Copyright and Patents in the Field of Law." The activity was carried out online and opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Law USU, Dr. Mahmul Siregar, SH., M.Hum. This webinar presented two speakers, namely the Vice Chairperson of HIMPENINDO SUMUT, Dr. Eka N.A.M Sihombing, SH., M.Hum, and the Head of the HKI Unit LP-USU, Dr. Irwana Nainggolan, M.Sc.
Syarifah Lisa Andriati, SH., M. Hum, who acted as the webinar moderator, guided the speakers' presentations and discussion sessions. The webinar, which took place from 09.00 WIB to 12.00 WIB, was attended by approximately 200 participants from various backgrounds, including undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral students, academics, and even practitioners.
