FH USU PR: On Wednesday, (12/01/2022), the Dean of Faculty of Law USU hosted a visit from the Faculty of Sharia and Law of State Islamic University of North Sumatra (FSH UIN SUMUT). The meeting took place in the Faculty Advisory Council (DPF) Room at the Faculty of Law USU, and the delegation from FSH UIN SUMUT was welcomed directly by the Dean of Faculty of Law USU, Dr. Mahmul Siregar, SH., M.Hum., along with Vice Dean I, Dr. Agusmidah, SH., M.Hum.; Vice Dean III, Dr. Mohammad Ekaputra, SH., M.Hum.; Head of the Undergraduate Program in Law Studies, Dr. Yefrizawati, SH, M.Hum.; Head of the Master’s Program in Law Studies, Prof. Dr. OK. Saidin, SH., M.Hum.; and Head of the Master’s Program in Notary , Prof. Dr. Hasim Purba, SH., M.Hum.

The delegation from FSH UIN SUMUT included Dean Dr. H. Ardiansyah, Lc., M.Ag.; Vice Dean I, Dr. Sudirman Suparman, Lc., MA.; Vice Dean II, Dr. H. M. Amar Adly, Lc., MA.; Head of the Law Study Program, Dr. Adlin Budhiawan, SH., M.Hum.; Secretary of the Law Study Program, Zaid Alfauza, SH., MH.; Head of the Siyasah Study Program, Dr. Irwansyah, SHI., MH; Head of the Sharia Economic Law (HES) Study Program, Dr. Tety Marlina Trg., SH., M.Kn; and Head of the Jinayah Study Program, Abdul Muchsin, M.Soc.

The meeting discussed plans for collaboration between the Faculty of Sharia and Law UIN SUMUT and the Faculty of Law USU in education, research, and community service. As FSH UIN SUMUT also manages a law program, it aims to enhance its curriculum and course content, including mock court practices and legal drafting.
