Public     Relations FH-USU: From Wednesday to Friday (August 27-29, 2025), Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) held the graduation ceremony for graduates of the Fourth Graduation Period of the 2024/2025 Academic Year as a form of appreciation for the academic achievements of students who have completed their studies. The event took place in a hybrid format at the USU Auditorium and was also streamed live on YouTube.

During this graduation period, a total of 536 graduates from the Faculty of Law at Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) received their degrees from the Rector of USU. The graduates consisted of 318 Undergraduates of Laws, 123 Master of Laws, 76 Master of Notarial Studies, and 19 Doctorates in Law.

In his address, the Rector of USU, Prof. Dr. Muryanto Amin, S.Sos., M.Si., delivered an important message and hope for the graduates. “Turn both sweet and bitter experiences into valuable provisions for continuous growth in pursuing your dreams. Do not be complacent with your diploma, and never surrender to failure. We hope you continue to move forward, try, and pray, for it is an authentic experience that will help you grow and prepare to face global changes. Be empathetic, because knowledge, achievements, and accomplishments will lose their meaning if we lack compassion for others. Empathy is about recognizing the struggles of others, being sensitive to our surroundings, and being present to provide solutions,” stated the Rector.
