Public Relations FH-USU: On Monday (06/12/2021)
The Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH-USU) hosted the Book Review activity “The Ins and Outs of Social Security in Indonesia: Post-Enactment of the Job Creation Law” and the Inauguration of the Management of the Association of Indonesian Employment Law Teachers and Practitioners (P3HKI) for the 2021-2024 Period. The activity organized by P3HKI was carried out hybrid at the Faculty Advisory Council (DPF) room of the USU Faculty of Law, taking place from 08.00 WIB to 13.00 WIB.
USU Vice-Rector I, Dr. Edy Ikhsan, SH., MA, in his welcoming speech while opening the event, expressed his extraordinary appreciation for the organizers of the event, a very crucial issue, especially after the Constitutional Court Decision which stated that the Job Creation Law is conditionally unconstitutional as long as no improvements are made within 2 years since the decision was read. Vice-Rector, I congratulated all book writers who have produced a work. He congratulated the Inauguration of the Management of the Association of Indonesian Employment Law Teachers and Practitioners (P3HKI) for the 2021-2024 Period, chaired by Dr. Agusmidah, S.H., M.Hum who also serves as Vice Dean I of the USU Faculty of Law.
The Association of Employment Law Teachers and Practitioners (P3HKI) held a Book Review, "The Ins and Outs of Social Security in Indonesia: Post-Enactment of the Job Creation Law," with book reviewers Dra. Indah Anggoro Putri, M. Bus (Director General of PHI and JAMSOSTEK, Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia), Prof. Dr. Ari Hernawan, S.H., M.Hum (Professor of Labor Law UGM), Ir. Timbul Siregar, S.H., M.M (Coordinator of BPJS Watch) and Moderator: Dr. Fithriatus Shalihah, S.H., M.Hum. Book Authors: Abdul Khakim, S.H., M.Hum, Ahmad Ansyori, S.H., M.Hum., CLA., CLS, and Dr. Agusmidah, S.H., M.Hum. (Laks/Sad)
