The Constitutional Court (MK), the People's Consultative Assembly (MPR), and the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) are collaborating with the University of North Sumatra (USU) to organize the 3rd Constitution and Anti-Corruption Festival on May 14-15, 2018.

Public Relations -FH USU: The Constitutional Court (MK), the People's Consultative Assembly (MPR), and the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) collaborated with the University of North Sumatra (USU) in organizing the 3rd Constitution and Anti-Corruption Festival, on May 14-15, 2018. The 3rd Constitution and Anti-Corruption Festival 2018 was held with a series of activities, starting with a panel discussion entrusted to the USU Faculty of Law on Monday, May 14, 2018.

 

The simultaneous panel discussion activities were divided into 3 (three) themes according to the authority and function of the three institutions, namely Panel Discussion with the theme “Pilkada with Integrity” held in room 8 FH USU, presenting speakers Febri Diansyah, Dr. Marzuki Lubis, SH, M.Hum, Panel Discussion with the theme “Immunity Rights of Public Officials” held in the Moot Court building FH USU, presenting speakers Marthin Hutabarat, SH, MH, Dr. Muryanto Amin, S.SOS, S.H., and Dr. Marzuki Lubis. Muryanto Amin, S.SOS, M.SI, Dr. Faisal Akbar Nasution, SH, MH, Panel Discussion with the theme “Strengthening the System in Judicial Power” took place in room 9 FH USU, with speakers Prof. Dr. Maria Farida Indriati, SH, MH, Trimedya Panjaitan, SH, MH, and Abdul Rahman, SH, MH.

 

A Talk Show marked the highlight of the 3rd Constitution and Anti-Corruption Festival 2018 with the theme “Guarding Constitutional Democracy, Fighting Corruption, on Tuesday, May 15, 2018, at the USU Auditorium building. The Talk Show hosted by Metro TV was attended by KPK Chairman Agus Rahardjo, Chairman of the MPR Study Board Bambang Sadono representing MPR Chairman Zulkifli Hasan, and USU Rector Prof.Dr. Runtung, SH, M.Hum. At this event, the four leaders signed the Anti-Corruption Declaration in front of state administrators, law enforcement officials, the academic community, and students.
