Faculty of Law Universitas Sumatera Utara hosted a seminar with the Directorate General of ASEAN Cooperation of the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the USU ASEAN Study Center.

Public Relations FH USU: 

Faculty of Law Universitas Sumatera Utara hosted a seminar with the Directorate General of ASEAN Cooperation of the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the USU ASEAN Study Center on Wednesday (03/10/2018). The seminar, which took place at the USU FH Moot Court Building with the theme "Utilization of ASEAN Cooperation for Sustainable Development in North Sumatra", was attended by the Dean of the USU Faculty of Law, Prof. Dr. Budiman Ginting, SH., M.Hum, the Indonesian Ambassador to the Republic of Kazakhstan, Foster Gultom, the Head of the USU ASEAN Study Center, Dr. Jelly Leviza, SH., M.Hum, Vice Dean I, Prof. Dr. OK Saidin, SH., M.Hum, Vice Dean II Puspa Melati Hasibuan, SH., M.Hum and seminar participants consisting of Lecturers and Students of the USU FH.

 

The seminar was guided by Dr. Sutiarnoto, SH., M.Hum began with a presentation entitled "Implementation of the UN Sustainable Development Goals Agenda 2030 in ASEAN" presented by Foster Gultom, Chief Expert Diplomat of the Directorate General of ASEAN Cooperation/DUBES RI and continued with the second presentation by Dr. Jelly Leviza, SH.M.Hum, Lecturer in International Law, FH USU/Vice Dean III with material entitled "Opportunities and Challenges in Implementing Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in North Sumatra.
