The Doctor of Law Study Program of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH USU Doctor of Law Study Program) initiated a collaborative guest lecture activity with the USU Master of Management, and the USU Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), located in the Prof. Suhadji Hadibroto Hall, FEB USU

The Doctor of Law Study Program of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH USU Doctor of Law Study Program) initiated a collaborative guest lecture activity with the USU Master of Management, and the USU Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), located in the Prof. Suhadji Hadibroto Hall, FEB USU.  The Guest Lecture activity on the topic "Downstreaming the Nickel Industry in Indonesia" presented competent speakers, namely the Chairman of the Indonesian Nickel Miners Association (APNI) and the KOMJEN POL (Ret.). Drs Nanan Soekarna and APNI General Secretary, Meidy Katrin Lengkey.


The activity was attended by the Dean of FH USU, Dr. Mahmul Siregar, SH, M.Hum, Dean of FEB USU, Dr. Fadli, SE, M.Si, Chairperson and Secretary of the Doctor of Law Study Program of FH USU, Prof. Dr. Ningrum Natasya Sirait, SH, M.Li and Dr. T. Keizerina Devi Azwar, SH., CN, M.Hum, M.H.Kes, Chairperson of the USU Master of Management Study Program, Prof. Dr. Meilita Trayana Sembiring, ST, MT and guest lecture participants consisting of undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral students of the Law Study Program and students of the USU Master of Management Study Program.

 

Chairperson of the Doctor of Law Study Program of FH USU, Prof. Dr. Ningrum Natasya Sirait, S.H.M.Li, in her remarks as well as opening the guest lecture event, said, "The topic of the downstream of the Nickel Industry in Indonesia is not a clarification forum but provides us with learning about what's in going on with this industry, we hope that undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral students are interested and willing to conduct research on this industry both from the legal, economic and business aspects," said Prof. Ningrum.
