Public Relations FH-USU: Monday (24/10/2022)
The Faculty of Law of the Universitas Sumatera Utara, in collaboration with the Center for International Law Studies (CILS) Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia, held an international conference. The 11th International Law Studies Conference with the theme “Global Resilience, Recovery and Solidarity: The Role for International Law,” held through a Zoom meeting, lasted for 2 (two) days from October 24-25, 2022. This International Conference focuses on emergency issues and issues related to various aspects of international law about the impact caused by the international crisis. It aims to be a platform to unite ideas, promote and develop international law, and respond to growing needs.
In his remarks, the Dean of the USU Faculty of Law, Dr. Mahmul Siregar, S.H., M.Hum, urged all conference participants to participate in discussions related to international law issues actively. Dr. Mahmul hopes that universities, especially the Faculty of Law, can bring together practitioners, students, academics, and public and private institutions nationally and globally to share ideas related to international law.
