The Faculty of Law Universitas Sumatera Utara and the Research and Development and Training Agency for Law and Justice of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia established a collaboration in legal research. Taking place in the Faculty Advisory Council (DPF) Room, the Dean of the USU Faculty of Law, Prof. Dr. Budiman Ginting, SH., M.Hum, and the Head of the Research and Development and Training Agency for Law and Justice of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia signed a Memorandum of Understanding (Memorandum of Understanding) on Cooperation in the Fields of Education, Legal Research and Community Service.
A group of representatives from the Research and Development Agency for Legal and Judicial Training of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia, including Esther S, SH., MH, Dr. Mul Irawan, S.Ag., M.Ag., Tumpur Parti Daniel Hutapea, SH., MH., Sudaryanto, SH., MH., Martin Panjaitan, SE., M.Ak., Williem Ferdinan, SE., MH attended the signing of the MOU. Also present was Vice Dean I of the USU Faculty of Law, Prof. Dr. OK. Saidin, SH., M.Hum. , Vice Dean II, Puspa Melati Hasibuan, SH.,M.Hum. , Vice Dean III, Dr. Jelly Leviza, SH.,M.Hum, and all Heads and Secretaries of the Departments, Masters/Doctoral Programs in Law, Masters of Notary Program, and Expert Staff of the Dean of the USU Faculty of Law.
The Dean of the USU Faculty of Law explained that the purpose of this collaboration is to provide mutual support and input for the development of human resources, the development of law, and justice in each institution through the Tridharma activities needed in the development of human resources in each party, both the Supreme Court and the Indonesian Courts and the USU Faculty of Law.
