Banda Aceh, Thursday (April 2, 2026) — An alumna of the Doctor of Law Program, Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), Dr. Diana Febrina Lubis, S.H., M.Kn., has officially been appointed as the Chief Judge of the Kuala Simpang District Court. The inauguration was led by the Chief Judge of the Banda Aceh High Court, Nursyam, S.H., M.H.
The oath-taking ceremony, inauguration, and official handover were held solemnly at the hall of the Banda Aceh High Court. The event was attended by the Vice Chief Judge of the Banda Aceh High Court, High Court Judges, court officials, and invited guests from the Kuala Simpang District Court.
In her remarks, Diana expressed her gratitude and commitment in carrying out her new responsibilities.
“Of course, this new position entrusted to me is a mandate that must be upheld with great responsibility. In carrying out this responsibility effectively, guidance and support from our seniors at the Banda Aceh High Court are essential—not only from the Kuala Simpang District Court family but also from all courts within the jurisdiction of the Banda Aceh High Court,” she stated
