Master in Law Science Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH USU) held Training and Assistance for Publication of Articles in Reputable Journals for Scientific Writing for Lecturers and Students of Master in Law Science USU. The training was held hybrid in FH USU's Faculty Advisory Council (DPF) room. In this training, the speakers were the Manager of the USU Scientific Writing Innovation and Intellectual Property Rights Institute (LIPIHKI), Sony Eka Nugraha, S.Farm., M.Si., Apt and Lecturer of FH USU, Dr. Rosmalinda, SH., LL.M..
The training was attended by Vice Dean I, Dr. Agusmidah, SH, M.Hum, Chairperson and Secretary of the Master of Law Study Program, Prof. Dr. OK. Saidin, SH, M.Hum and Dr. Mahmud Mulyadi SH, M.Hum. , Lecturers of Master of Law Science and training participants consisting of Master of Law Science students who attended online and offline. The training activities were guided by Hanifah Azizah, SH, and MH, who acted as moderators.
In his opening remarks, Vice Dean I of the USU Faculty of Law said, “Today's activity is an activity that we continue to pursue because for us lecturers, various teaching, service, and research activities always lead to questions, do we publish? How many of our publications? For those of us who are involved in the academic world, how will we present our thoughts and ideas? Is it enough just to be in class? One of the Tridarma of Higher Education that can display output or performance is a publication; for that, today we present resource persons from the USU LIPIHKI Manager and FH USU Lecturers who are experienced in publishing scientific papers, “said Dr. Agusmidah.
