At the beginning of the Even Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year, the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH USU), Dr. Mahmul Siregar, S.H., M.Hum, led a Coordination Meeting with the Vice Deans as well as the Heads and Secretaries of Study Programs within FH USU. The meeting specifically discussed the progress of the Faculty’s Key Performance Indicator (IKU) achievements.

 

FH USU–Public Relations: Friday (30/01/2026), at the beginning of the Even Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year, the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH USU), Dr. Mahmul Siregar, S.H., M.Hum, led a Coordination Meeting with the Vice Deans as well as the Heads and Secretaries of Study Programs within FH USU. The meeting specifically discussed the progress of the Faculty’s Key Performance Indicator (IKU) achievements.

 

 

The coordination meeting was held in a hybrid format at the Faculty Advisory Council Room (DPF), Main Building of FH USU, and was attended by all faculty leaders and study program managers, both in person and online.

 

 

In his remarks, the Dean of FH USU emphasized that IKU achievements are an important indicator in measuring institutional performance and serve as a basis for formulating the faculty’s strategic policies.

The evaluation of IKU achievements must be carried out continuously and in a measurable manner.

 

 

Synergy between faculty leadership and study program managers is the key to ensuring that all IKU targets can be achieved optimally, said Dr. Mahmul Siregar.

 

 

On this occasion, each study program presented the challenges they face and formulated follow-up steps to be taken during the current semester. The discussion focused on strengthening the performance of the university’s tridharma, improving academic quality, and optimizing governance and cooperation.

 

 

Through this coordination meeting, FH USU is committed to continuously improving institutional performance and strengthening the strategic role of study programs in supporting the achievement of IKU, in line with Universitas Sumatera Utara’s policies and the faculty’s future development direction.
