FH-USU Public Relations: On Wednesday (April 9, 2025), the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH USU), Dr. Mahmul Siregar, S.H., M.Hum., received an audience visit from the Law Enforcement Division Team of the Corruption Eradication Commission of the Republic of Indonesia (KPK RI), namely the Head of the KPK RI Investigation Task Force, Salim Riyad, S.I.K., S.H., M.H., and KPK RI Investigator, Mario, held in the dean’s meeting room.
Also present during this audience were the Technical Coordinator for the cooperation between KPK RI and FH USU on corruption court recordings, Boy Laksamana, S.H., M.Hum., as well as student team members involved in the corruption court recordings cooperation, Gray Anugrah Sembiring (210200281), Gina Sonia Marpaung (210200174), and Adelia Vanessa Saragih (210200217).
This audience visit aimed to strengthen the synergy of cooperation in the corruption court recordings activities between KPK RI and FH USU, which has been established for more than 14 years. The cooperation seeks to enhance coordination in the monitoring of corruption court cooperation conducted by KPK and FH USU, also involving the Medan District Court. The cooperation in recording court hearings aims to ensure transparency and accountability in the judicial process.
This cooperation is expected to provide balanced and accurate information to improve transparency and integrity in the trial process of corruption cases in Indonesia, particularly at the Medan District Court.
