The Faculty of Law of the Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH USU), in collaboration with the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI) Arbitration Center, held a public lecture on the topic “The Role of BANI as an Institution for Resolving Business Disputes Through Arbitration / Alternative Dispute Resolution in the Digital Era”, at the Faculty Advisory Council (DPF) FH USU room.
This activity commemorated BANI's 46th Anniversary and was part of BANI's consistency in sharing knowledge through socialization and education about arbitration/APS for the academic community. The public lecture was presented by the Chairman of BANI Arbitration Center, Dr. Anangga W. Roosdiono, SH, LL.M, and the Supervisory Board of BANI Arbitration Center, Prof. Dr. Mohammad Saleh, SH, MH, FCBArb. The public lecture was hosted by Siti Khairunnisa, S.H., M.H., who acted as moderator.
