The Master’s Program in Law (MIH) and Doctoral Program in Law (DIH), Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH USU), held the 2025 Introduction to Campus Life for New Students (PKKMB), attended by new students of MIH and DIH at the FH USU Master of Law Seminar Room.

Public Relations FH USU: Friday (August 22, 2025), the Master’s Program in Law (MIH) and Doctoral Program in Law (DIH) of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH USU), held the 2025 Introduction to Campus Life for New Students (PKKMB), attended by first-year students of MIH and DIH, at the FH USU MIH Seminar Room.

 

The PKKMB event was officially opened by the Dean of FH USU, Dr. Mahmul Siregar, S.H., M.Hum., and was also attended by the Head and Secretary of the DIH Program, Prof. Dr. Ningrum Natasya Sirait, S.H., M.Li, and Dr. Tengku Keizerina Devi Azwar, S.H., C.N., M.Hum., as well as the Head and Secretary of the MIH Program, Prof. Dr. Saidin, S.H., M.Hum., and Dr. Mahmud Mulyadi, S.H., M.Hum.

As part of the program, the committee presented the Chief of the Public Relations Division of the Indonesian National Police (Kadiv Humas POLRI), Inspector General of Police Dr. Sandi Nugroho, S.I.K., S.H., M.Hum., as the keynote speaker. Irjen. Pol. Dr. Sandi, an alumnus of FH USU’s Master’s and Doctoral Programs in Law, delivered a public lecture and shared his experiences as inspiration and guidance for the new students.

 

In his presentation, Irjen. Pol. Dr. Sandi called on the students to strengthen their love for the homeland and emphasized the vital role of the young generations in nation-building. “Be agents of change who positively contribute to the nation and state. Keep striving, never give up in reaching your goals, and always remember that the nation’s future is in our hands,” he stated.

 

He further highlighted that global dynamics pose increasingly complex challenges, making it essential to safeguard Indonesia’s unity. “The most fundamental value of our nation’s unity is prioritizing solidarity and brotherhood among all Indonesians,” stressed Irjen. Pol. Dr. Sandi.
