The Medan Peradi Branch Management Board (DPC), in collaboration with the USU Faculty of Law (FH USU), held a Special Education for the Advocate Profession (PKPA). The PKPA occurred from September 2, 2016, to September 30, 2016. Present at the opening ceremony were the Dean of the USU Faculty of Law, Prof. Dr. Budiman Ginting, SH., M. Hum, the Head of the Medan Peradi DPC, Charles JN Silalahi, SH., MH., Syahrul Sitorus, SH., S. Sos as the Secretary of the Committee, Themis Simaremare, SH., MH as the Vice Chairman of the Committee, and Ina Moriza, SH, as the Deputy Treasurer.
In his remarks, the USU FH Dean said that the collaboration with the Medan Peradi DPC in this PKPA activity had been held six times. The USU FH Dean hopes this collaboration will continue to run well and that all participants can gain knowledge as well as possible. At the opening of this PKPA activity, the Head of DPC, Peradi Medan, told the participants to continue to be enthusiastic about gaining knowledge, especially in the current era of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC).
This year's PKPA activity, in collaboration with DPC Peradi Medan and the Faculty of Law, was attended by 49 participants. The teaching staff consisted of professors and doctors from USU, senior lawyers, and judges from district and state administrative courts.
