Public Relations FH-USU: Friday (19/04/2024), the Branch Leadership Council of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) Medan, North Sumatra in collaboration with the Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH USU), held the first batch of Advocate Professional Special Education (PKPA) in 2024. This PKPA took place from April 19 to May 11, 2024, at the Faculty Advisory Council (DPF) room of FH USU.
PKPA Batch- I in 2024 was opened directly by the Dean of FH USU, Dr. Mahmul Siregar, SH, M.Hum together with the Chairperson of the Indonesian Advocates Association Medan Branch, SUMUT, Dr. Azwir Agus, SH, M.Hum, located in room 8 International Class FH USU.
The educational material presented to PKPA participants includes 30 materials, each of which is completed within 120 minutes / material. The educational materials presented are in accordance with the standard curriculum set by the National Leadership Council (DPN PERADI which consists of Basic Materials, Procedural Law Materials (Litigation), Non-Litigation Materials, and Supporting Materials (Legal Skills).
The speakers in this PKPA consist of USU Faculty of Law Lecturers who are experienced and competent in the field of law according to their expertise, Senior Advocates-Members of DPN / DPC PERADI Medan who have at least 10 (ten) years of experience as Advocates, as well as other Law Enforcement elements such as Judges, Registrars, and Police. PKPA participants are law graduates or other graduates with a background in legal higher education.
