The USU Faculty of Law (FH USU), in collaboration with the Cuaca Teger & Partners Law Firm, held a National Tax Court Seminar. The activity, which took place in the Faculty Advisory Council Room (DPF) of FH USU, was opened directly by the Dean of the Faculty of Law, University of North Sumatra, Prof. Dr. Budiman Ginting, S.H., M.Hum. The organizing committee for this national seminar was chaired by the Head of the Department of State Administrative Law, FH USU, Dr. Agusmidah, S.H., M.Hum.
This national seminar involved several speakers, namely the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia, Dr. H. Yodi Martono Wahyunadi, SH., MH, with a paper entitled "Tax Courts in the Administrative Justice System," Tax Law Practitioner, Cuaca Bangun, S.H., M.H., CLA, with a paper entitled "Legal Problems in the Authority of the Director General of Taxes", Academician, Prof. Dr. Budiman Ginting, S.H., M.Hum, with a paper entitled "Fiscus Decisions and Authorities."
The national seminar participants included Medan State Administrative Court Judges, Tax Law Academics, Advocates, Tax Consultants, Oil and Gas Law Practitioners, Private Companies, and Students.
