FH USU Public Relations (August 6, 2026) – The Master’s Program in Notary (MKN) of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH USU), held a meeting and gathering with the MKN Alumni Association (IKA) as part of efforts to strengthen relationships and build synergy in supporting the development of the study program.

The meeting was attended by the Head of the MKN Study Program and the Secretary of the MKN Study Program, together with the MKN Alumni Association Board. The meeting served as an opportunity to introduce the MKN Study Program management team while establishing closer communication with alumni.

During the meeting, the importance of alumni involvement and contributions in supporting the improvement and development of the MKN Study Program at FH USU was discussed. Alumni are considered an important part of the academic ecosystem, capable of providing valuable input, experience, networks, and various forms of support for the advancement of the study program.

The synergy between the MKN Study Program and the Alumni Association is expected to be further developed through various forms of collaboration relevant to the study program’s needs, including academic activities, student competency development, student affairs, and strengthening relationships between the study program and its graduates.

Through this meeting, the MKN Study Program of FH USU reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining a sustainable relationship with the Alumni Association. This collaboration is expected to make a tangible contribution to improving the quality of education and supporting the continued development of the MKN Study Program.

The activity also represents a contribution to SDG 17 – Partnerships for the Goals, through the development of partnerships and synergy between the study program and its alumni network in supporting the achievement of educational development goals.
