The consultation activity was attended by the Dean of the USU Faculty of Law, Prof. Dr. Budiman Ginting, SH., M. Hum, and the Director of ASEAN Socio-Cultural Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Riaz Januar Putra Saehu, as well as consultation participants consisting of Lecturers and Students from both the USU Faculty of Law and Private Universities.

Located at the FH USU Moot Court Building, the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in collaboration with the USU Faculty of Law, held a Public Consultation activity titled "Protection and Advancement of Migrant Workers' Rights in the ASEAN Region."

 

The consultation activity was attended by the Dean of the USU Faculty of Law, Prof. Dr. Budiman Ginting, SH., M. Hum, and the Director of ASEAN Socio-Cultural Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Riaz Januar Putra Saehu, as well as consultation participants consisting of Lecturers and Students from both the USU Faculty of Law and Private Universities.

 

Dr. Sutiarnoto, SH., M.Hum moderated the public consultation activity by involving resource persons, including the Director of Foreign Cooperation of BNP2TKI, Freddy Martin Panggabean, Head of the Medan Center for Job Training Development, Muhammad Ali, Indonesian Representative for the ASEAN Intergovernmental Commission on Human Rights, Yuyun Wahyuningrum, Head of the USU ASEAN Study Center (PSA), Dr. Jelly Leviza, SH., M.Hum.
