The Socialization activity was attended by the Dean of the USU Faculty of Law, Prof. Dr. Budiman Ginting, SH., M.Hum, Vice Dean II, Puspa Melati Hasibuan, SH., M.Hum, Head of Medan Heritage Office, Rita Uli Situmeang, SH., MH, and those who acted as resource persons were the Director of Civil Affairs of the Directorate General of General Administration of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Daulat Pandapotan Silitonga, SH., MH, Head of the Legal Services and Human Rights Division of the North Sumatra KEMENKUMHAM Regional Office, Medan District Court Judge, Tengku Oyong, SH., M.H, moderated by Syuhada, SH, MH. The socialization participants involved were the Chairperson and Secretary of the USU Faculty of Law, Expert Staff of the Dean, Lecturers, and Students.

The Socialization Activity of the Main Duties and Functions of the Estate Office, with the theme "With Legal Awareness, Synergize the Duties and Functions of the Estate Office in Community Legal Services," was held on Tuesday, April 4, 2017, at the Faculty Advisory Council (DPF) Room in collaboration with the Medan Estate Office and the USU Faculty of Law.

 

The Socialization activity was attended by the Dean of the USU Faculty of Law, Prof. Dr. Budiman Ginting, SH., M.Hum, Vice Dean II, Puspa Melati Hasibuan, SH., M.Hum, Head of Medan Heritage Office, Rita Uli Situmeang, SH., MH, and those who acted as resource persons were the Director of Civil Affairs of the Directorate General of General Administration of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Daulat Pandapotan Silitonga, SH., MH, Head of the Legal Services and Human Rights Division of the North Sumatra KEMENKUMHAM Regional Office, Medan District Court Judge, Tengku Oyong, SH., M.H, moderated by Syuhada, SH, MH. The socialization participants involved were the Chairperson and Secretary of the USU Faculty of Law, Expert Staff of the Dean, Lecturers, and Students.

 

In his remarks, the Dean of the USU Faculty of Law, Prof. Dr. Budiman Ginting, SH., M. Hum, welcomed this socialization activity, considering that the Heritage Office (BHP) has recently become less well-known. It is hoped that the resource persons will provide a closer introduction to the duties and functions of BHP.

 

The Director of Civil Affairs of the Directorate General of General Administration of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Daulat Pandapotan Silitonga, SH., MH, in the opening of the socialization activity, said that this socialization activity was a discourse from the Head of BHP Medan to introduce the duties and functions of BHP further so that by collaborating with the academic community of the USU Faculty of Law, it is hoped that there will be a common perception of the duties and functions of the Inheritance Office.
