The Dean of the Faculty of Law USU received an audience visit from the Alternative Institution for Financial Services Sector Dispute Resolution (LAPS SJK), which took place in the Dean of the Faculty of Law USU's meeting room. Representatives of LAPS SJK, Head of the Legal, Compliance and Institutional Relations Division, Andi Sutardi, and Manager of Legal, Compliance and Institutional Relations, Raymas Putro, were received directly by the Dean of the Faculty of Law USU, Dr. Mahmul Siregar, SH., M.Hum. In this audience meeting, in addition to being related to the socialization of LAPS SJK, the planned collaboration between LAPS SJK and the Faculty of Law USU was also discussed. From the results of the discussion, it is intended that in the near future, the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the University of North Sumatra and LAPS SJK will be scheduled, as well as the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) between the Faculty of Law USU and LAPS SJK. The collaborations that will be established include the fields of education, research, and community service, MBKM-certified internship programs, Project Based Learning (PBL), and the collaboration of USU Faculty of Law Lecturers certified mediators with LAPS SJK.
