FH-USU PR: On Tuesday (18/02/2025), the Faculty of Law of Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH USU) received a benchmarking study visit from the Managers of the Master's Program in Law Studies (MIH) and the Master's Program in Notary (MKn) of the Faculty of Law of Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH) Jakarta.
The meeting during this visit was held in the Faculty Advisory Council (DPF) room of FH USU. It was attended by the Vice Dean I of FH USU, Dr. Agusmidah, S.H., M.Hum. , Vice Dean II, Puspa Melati Hasibuan, S.H., M.Hum. , Secretary of the Master's Program in Law Studies of FH USU, Dr. Mahmud Mulyadi, S.H., M.Hum. , Secretary of the Master's Program in Notary of FH USU, Prof. Dr. Rosnidar Sembiring, S.H., M.Hum. and other staff members. Meanwhile, FH UPH Jakarta was attended by the Dean of FH UPH Jakarta, Dr. Velliana Tanaya, S.H., M.H., Head of Master Program in Law Studies, Prof. Dr. Agus Budianto, S.H., M.Hum. , Head of the Master's Program in Notary Public, Dr. Susi Susantijo, S.H., L.LM., and other staff members.
The meeting in this benchmarking activity aimed to discuss and share knowledge and experiences in managing study programs, including a comparison of the curriculum applied in the comparator university, namely between the Master Program in Law Studies and the Master Program in Notary of UPH Jakarta and the Master Program in Law Studies and the Master Program in Notary of FH USU. This meeting also discussed matters related to the preparation of the implementation of Permendikbud Number 53 of 2023.
