Public Relations FH-USU: Saturday (19/04/2025), To establish partnerships between universities and schools, the Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH USU) visited State Senior High School (SMAN) 1 Tanjungbalai. During this visit, the group from FH USU was led by the Dean of FH USU, Dr. Mahmul Siregar, S.H., M.Hum accompanied by the Vice Dean III, Dr. M. Ekaputra, S.H., M.Hum, Head and Secretary of the Undergraduate Law Study Program, Dr. Yefrizawati, S.H, M.Hum and Dr. Affila, SH., M.Hum, Expert Staff to the Dean for Academic Affairs, Yusrin, S.H., M.Hum, and Expert Staff to the Dean for Public Relations, Boy Laksamana, S.H., M.Hum.
During its visit, FH USU conducted socialization to students of SMAN 1 Tanjungbalai about the Profile and Selection of New Student Admissions of FH USU while strengthening cooperation between SMAN 1 Tanjungbalai and FH USU by involving the Undergraduate Law Study Program.
The visit was received by the Principal of SMAN 1 Tanjungbalai, Deddi Anshari, S.Pd, M.Si, Counseling Guidance Teacher (BP) of SMAN 1 Tanjungbalai, OSIS Advisor of SMAN 1 Tanjungbalai. Students of SMAN 1 Tanjungbalai also attended. The Principal of SMAN 1 Tanjungbalai, Deddi Anshari, S.Pd, M.Si in his speech said "it is an honor and pride as well as motivation for us because the Dean of FH USU, Dr. Mahmul Siregar, as an alumnus of SMAN 1 Tanjungbalai class of 199,2 today together with the entire group from FH USU will provide information to students about several things related to the USU FH New Student Admissions Selection".
The Dean of FH USU, on the sidelines of the socialization of the USU FH profile and the USU new student admissions selection, had the opportunity to encourage and motivate students. Dr. Mahmul said, "Continue to learn and continue your studies as much as possible because learning must continue to be done throughout our lives; long-life education must continue to be done both formally and informally."
The visit was closed by signing the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) and Implementation Agreement (IA) between FH USU and SMAN 1 Tanjungbalai.
