Public Relation FH-USU: Student of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FH USU), Muhammad Mardansyah Siregar (NIM. 230200285) who is a member of the North Sumatra PON SUMUT-ACEH XXI contingent Taekwondo Team succeeded in donating a silver medal (2nd place) for the North Sumatra Contingent in the Senior Kyorugi U-74kg Class at the 2024 Pangkostrad Cup National Championship, which took place on May 9-12, 2024, at the Sports Center, Ciracas, East Jakarta.
Muhammad Mardansyah Siregar managed to win a silver medal for his contingent after winning the match with athletes representing GARBHA PRESISI POLRI and athletes from the DKI Jakarta Student Sports Training Center. Muhammad Mardansyah Siregar was conquered by DKI Jakarta regional training athletes who won first place.
The 2024 Kostrad Commander Taekwondo Championship is one of the prestigious national scale events because it is attended by thousands of the best taekwondo athletes from various regions who compete for the highest achievements. The 2024 pangkostrad trophy national championship was attended by more than 4000 participants and PON Pelatda Team Representatives from various Provinces.
